How do I pay?
We accept most major debit/credit cards. Prepaid cards and Direct Express government cards are not supported.
Who is eligible?
Eligible for ages 0–80 (we primarily help ages 50–80). Plans can include 1–3 members.
Is this insurance?
No. It’s a funeral service plan with 24/7 concierge and advocacy. If you want burial costs or extra money left for your family, we can add a Final Expense life insurance policy.
Is there a medical exam?
No medical exam is required. Enrollment is simple and quick.
Can I use this with any funeral home?
Funeral and Cremation Plans are for in-network providers only, unless no provider is available within 25 miles of your residence. Plan members should NEVER CONTACT a funeral home directly.
Our partner network includes over 27,000 funeral homes nationwide — so most families will have multiple options nearby.
How does my family use the plan?
They call the 24/7 FAST line on your membership. The concierge coordinates pickup, paperwork, and services with a participating provider. You must report the event via FAST before arranging services independently.
What information or documents do members receive?
After enrollment, members receive a digital package including a welcome letter, Terms & Conditions, and a preprinted membership card.
Can I sign my parents up without them signing off?
Yes. The plan “holder” enrolls the members; your parents do not need to sign anything to be included.
Do I need a Social Security number or immigration status?
No SSN or visa status is required. Anyone can enroll regardless of immigration status.

Funeral & Cremation benefits have a 9-month waiting period for ages 0–80; Accidental death and Concierge are covered immediately.
